Limited Warranty


Roll Rite, LLC warrants to the original purchaser of its products, except for tarps, that, for a period of one year from the date of shipment, the product will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service.

In addition, with respect to its electric and hydraulic gear motors products, Roll Rite, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that its gear motors products will not wear out (as defined below) for a period of three (3) years from the date of shipment, and its gear motors using spur and/or helical gears will not wear out (as defined below) for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment.

As used above, “wear out” means the premature wear of the product as determined by Roll-Rite, LLC. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this warranty does not apply to any products that have been repaired, improperly modified, altered, improperly installed, used, abused, subject to misuse, negligence, accident or damaged including modifications to electrical specifications or other problems not due to defects in Roll Rite, LLC’s workmanship or materials. This warranty also does not apply to any damage resulting from acts of God, including but not limited to rain, hail, ice, snow, wind or flooding.

Except as expressly described below, Roll Rite, LLC’s sole responsibility for defective products pursuant to these warranties is specifically limited to the replacement or repair of the products, at Roll Rite, LLC´s option, after the complete defective product is returned to Roll Rite, LLC´s factory with all freight charges prepaid and upon compliance with the other conditions set forth herein. For clarification, Roll-Rite, LLC will not replace or repair any product that fails or malfunctions due to ordinary wear and tear.

EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, ROLL RITE, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; OR (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT WILL ROLL RITE, LLC BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF USE OR FOR EXPENSE OCCASIONED BY THE USE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.

To obtain relief under this warranty, the buyer must first obtain a

Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before returning the product.

Products received without a RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused.

Products that are returned to Roll Rite, LLC for warranty relief but that are determined by Roll Rite, LLC to not be eligible for repair or replacement pursuant to the terms of this warranty will only be returned to the buyer if this is requested before any work has begun. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of repair, storage and return shipping of any products not covered by this warranty. Payment authorization must be received by Roll-Rite, LLC before any non-warrantable equipment is returned.

Warrantable products are repaired or replaced at no charge and returned freight prepaid via the same or comparable means that were used to send the product to Roll Rite, LLC. If Roll-Rite, LLC determines to replace such defective products, such replacement will be made using currently available models or parts performing the same or similar functions. Labor charges, other than those incurred at Roll-Rite LLC’s factory, including but not limited to any labor to install a repaired or replacement product, are not covered under this warranty and shall be bore by the buyer.

Custom Orders


All custom ordered tarps should be drawn exactly as desired and the drawing should accompany a written purchase order. Some custom tarp orders will require extra time and materials that may warrant additional charges. Custom ordered products are not returnable or refundable.

Inspecting Deliveries:

Inspect Immediately BEFORE Signing For Merchandise

Visible Damage:

It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to note any damage on ALL COPIES of FREIGHT BILL. Amended Freight bill MUST be signed by DRIVER & CONSIGNEE.

Concealed Damage:
  1. Keep carton & packing material
  2. Call carrier within 7 days of delivery & request inspection
  3. DO NOT remove merchandise from premises before inspection is made
  4. Retain copy of Inspection Report.

  • FOB shipping point. All shipments will be pre-pay and added to your invoice or COD
  • Freight: Roll Rite offers multiple LTL freight service solutions:

    • UPS Select: 3-day

UPS will take packages up to 150lbs (any package over 70lbs has a heavy fee) and with a combined girth* of 130 inches but no longer than 108 inches. (*Combined Girth = total of all four sides added together with length)
