Stop Wrestling With Your Tarp. Cover Your Trailer in Seconds

Manual tarping is slow, risky, and costly. Roll·Rite's dump trailer tarp system changes that, with the push of a button, automatically covering your load in seconds. No climbing. No straps. No wasted time at the job site. Combining productivity, safety and proven reliability, the TarpMaster® Series is engineered to keep your trailers moving.

Choosing The Right System for Your Trailer

TarpMaster® Series electric tarp systems are designed to fit most industry-standard end dump, belly dump, and pup trailers with bodies up to 34 feet, accommodating up to 36 feet of tarp.

Systems come pre-packaged with pre-assembled components, so you're not piecing parts together on your own time.

Roll·Rite offers the TM5000 and TM6000 for trailers, with different mounting options such as external mount or underbody mount, and five or six tension springs that correspond to tarp length.

The right model depends on your trailer body length and tarp fabric type, both of which affect spring capacity.

Use the filters on this page to narrow by trailer type, body length, and market. Not sure where to start? Download the Trailer Spec Sheet from our Document Library to calculate your exact tarp length.

  • Electric gear motor engineered for high-torque demands covers fast, every time.

FAQs

What trailer types does the TarpMaster® Series fit?

It fits most industry-standard end dump, belly dump, and pup trailers. If your trailer has non-standard features, contact Roll·Rite directly for a recommendation.

How do I know which TarpMaster model is right for my trailer?

It comes down to trailer body length and tarp material. Longer bodies and heavier tarp fabrics require more springs. Download the Trailer Spec Sheet from our Document Library to calculate your tarp length, then use the filters on this page to find your match.

Do tarps come included with the system?

No. Tarp systems come pre-packaged with mechanical components. Roll·Rite® tarps are sold separately so you can choose the right fabric, including mesh, vinyl, or asphalt-rated, for your specific load type.

Is the TarpMaster® a front-to-back system?

Yes. The TarpMaster® Series uses traditional front-to-back tarping. If you need side-lockdown tarping, Roll·Rite's STS Series is built for that.

Can I install this myself?

Systems come with pre-assembled components and wiring instructions. For complex or non-standard installations, our network of authorized distributors or regional Roll·Rite's Service Centers can handle professional installation.
